Rightway Automotive Tina Smart & Doug (finance manager) Added $1100 to our loan to catch up our house payments but only paid $548 Port Huron, Michigan

In May 2011 my husband & I went to Rightway in Port Huron to finance a vehicle. At the time we were behind in our house payments so we were told by Doug, the finance manager that he would just add what we were behind to our loan & they would issue a check to our mortgage company. At the time we were 1 payment behind with 1 more due in less than a week. Tina Smart the sales rep. wanted $500 down plus our old truck for a down payment. I told her that I could not give her the $500 cash due to the fact that we had another house payment due. She told us that we didnt have to worry about the house payment because they were going to pay the 1 we were behind & the next 1 that is why they added $1100 to our loan. However all they did was pay $548. So now we are paying $12,000 for a $2,000 truck that was suppose to fix our credit along with paying extra interest on money that wasnt used for what it was suppose to be used for! Doesnt fix our credit when we are still behind in the house payments! Not to mention it took them a month & half & several calls & visits before they even paid the $548! We jumped threw every hoop they asked us to including giving them our house payment & we ended up in a worse situation than we were in before we went there to "fix" our credit in the first place.

They sold us a lemon car made false documents and are a bunc of liars just like the finance company gateway that they use. They are also all rude
