Rincon Management Services tried to threaten me with a civil lawsuit on a 10 year old collection in Corona, California

They called my neighbors house and told them that if I didn't call them within the hour a sherriff would come to my job and arrest me and then arrest my neighbors and my daughter. I was so scared when I talked to her that I told her what I would pay. She demanded that I pay it all right now. I made arrangements to call back the next day and called my friend to see what I should do. So my friend talked to them the next and said that because I told them what I would pay I had to pay it. So she went to get the paper for me to sign so she could fax it back to them and then that is when she told me she found out someone was trying to steal my money and I wasn't going to sign anything. I cried because they really threatened me.
