William Kaminski, the owner and cleaner of "RINGERS"(right next to The Omni), is the rudest business owner I have EVER dealt with. He completely ruined the nicest dress I own, even when I asked to make sure he took good care of it. I dropped it off on a Saturday and picked it up the next Friday, finding it completely destroyed and unwearable. All the sequins on the white Sean Couture dress, that were once silver, are now partially silver or completely clear. This dress was $329.99 and to get all the sequins fixed would be $387.00. William Kaminski did not notify me of the mistake, apologize, admit to his mistake, or even try to fix it or compensate me. He said he used "proper care" and did everything he could to keep my dress safe and it was not his fault. The funny thing is, this dress has been dry cleaned two times before this incident. He did not follow the tag, that was still on the dress, because the dress would have been fine (just like the two times before). I took the dress to three other dry cleaners and each one said "he did not use proper care". They also all said they would have either fixed all the beading on the dress, or offered to buy me a new one. It was his mistake but yet he would not own up to it, or help his customer out. William Kaminski was screaming at me on the phone, as I was crying and really upset, saying this is not his fault and for me to "get out of his store". DO NOT get any clothes dry cleaned here, as he is extremely rude, has no business etiquette, and is not educated in how to clean expensive items. This man has been taken to court 4-5 times before this incident after ruining a rug, suit, and losing two other items. He has lost each of the cases listed (he did not show up for 1). If you want to get back your clothing, rugs, suits, dresses, etc. the way you bought it, DO NOT GO HERE. Even if he makes a mistake, he will not own up to it, apologize, notify you, or try to help the customer in any way. There is no business etiquette at RINGERS.
