Riverfront Inn filthy, disgusting, incredibly rude owner, Internet

My family and I stayed at the Riverfront Inn located in New Richmond, WI. The reason for our stay was simply to let the kids swim and have fun for a night. After we were checked in, we started noticing all the really, really gross things. Pubic hairs all over the tub and floor, toothpaste splatter all over the mirror, blood stain on a towel, grease stains on the washclothes, no bag for the dirty ice bin and no handtowels. I simply cleaned the tub and got the kids in their swimming suits. We went to the pool room. The room itself was not heated and there were huge boxes (larger that a full size couch???) and 3 van seats and other misc items being stored in the room. The pool was freezing cold and had black stuff covering the bottom of it. We were told the pool was fine and that it was sand from the pool filter and to think of it like being at the beach. The hot tub was freezing cold and had live bugs floating in it. Only one jet worked as well. We had a room with a patio. We went through 3 bulbs trying to get the patio light to work and had no luck there either. No pen or paper in the room either. The hotel's owner is an absolute nightmare. She convieniently had a sign posted at the front desk that read "NO REFUNDS AFTER YOU CHECK IN" When we were checking out, my boyfriend called her from the front desk and asked her to come down because he had some compliants. She refused to come down. Then I called her and just said I needed assistance at the front desk. She came down. While I was trying to calmly and civily express my complaints, (and I truely was being nice about everything), she kept interrupting me. I could barely get a complete sentence out. She then yelled at me because I went to the front desk around 11pm and asked for extra pillows. See, I had to call her because she "has no employees and runs the place completely on her own and cant be at the front desk 24/7" and woke her up AND she was suppose to charge me extra for the pillows but didn't. She then pointed at the clock and told me check out time was 11am and it was now 11:04 and I was to leave. I told her it was daylight savings and she failed to set her clock back and that it was only 10:04 am. She yelled at me to "get a watch, it's 11:04 and I need to leave her property now!" Then she threatened to call the police. I told her I would be fine with that and that I would wait there for them. She then told me if I wanted to call the police to go ahead and do it....??? After several attempts of trying to voice my complaints and asking if she could please stop interrupting me and LISTEN to me (which she refused) I finally raised my voice to her, told her to F off and I will be calling the health inspector and walked out. Believe it or not, there's more to this story but I wont go into it. And if what I hear is true, don't be too afraid to stay there in the distant future as she is trying to sell the place. She definately isn't a good fit for the hotel industry. But I wont stay there as long as she owns it!
