Ad Scam from bogus Yellow page-type company

We have been plagued by YMG Publications for several years. My complaint is the same as every other one I've read online about this company, YMG Publications. Once again today I received a call from Steven (stephen?) at 866-209-1854 ext. 203 at YMG requesting that we, the church I work for, pay their yellow pages bill for $499.95 with our credit card or they would bill us for a check payment of $749.95. Either way, they said we had agreed to pay them which we have NOT and have gone through repetitive phone calls with me telling them we do not owe them and we do not wish to renew whatever contract they think we have. I have told them over and over again, to the point of harassment from them, that I do not have authority as a secretary to pay them this amount when they aren't even sure about our ad placement (wanting to know if we, a presbyterian church, would still like to have our ad in the evangelical church section as before....not even a correct placement question). I want to file a complaint in hopes that the people with YMG Publications will stop calling and threatening to ruin our credit or proceeding with a lawsuit. We are a church and they didn't even know that we were tax exempt!
