Royal Buffet & Grill scam, all you can eat, crab leg Philadelphia , Pennsylvania

Royal buffet and grill is an all you can eat Chinese buffet. But is it all you can eat? Absolutely not. They advertise dinner starts at 3pm, then once inside they say dinner starts at 4pm, once 4pm rolls around dinner still is not out, about 430pm they finally bring out the dinner items That they already have given us a bill for that we didn't even eat. The all you can eat crab legs finally come Out, there are only a few meaning about 10 crab legs for a line of people waiting for them. First person obviously knew something we didn't know. They took them all. After asking for more to be brought out to the manager she said they only bring them out every 30 minutes and customers must wait. Then she tells me there is other food and I should eat that. They have a huge sign saying all you can eat crab legs... With no crab legs? Horrible service. Manager followed me around screaming at me Because I told her I would report the restraunt for being a scam. Told us they cannot afford to give everyone crab legs? Why is it an all you can eat Crab legs but don't have enough. Kept saying to eat the other food.
