Received letter from Rushmore Financial Group addressed to me "Registered Winner" informing me of Guaranteed Prize Award of $532,500. Letter stated "This $532,500 is GUARANTEED TO BE AWARDED BY LAW!" Instructions stated to complete Prize Claim Certificate and "include the $26.59 Transfer Fee for processing this $532,500 Stimulus Rebate Benefit into your name, Eva". Prize Claim Certificate Registration #820098-73902-05-903, Deadline to file: 11/12/11
Check made payable to NCC. The letter included a check in the amount of $532,500.00 signed by Franklin M. Davis. The backl of the check stated "Not a negotiable instrument. Do not cash". The letter was also signed by this Mr. Davis, Officer of Allocations.
