I woke up early saturday morning to find all of my money was transferred to another person with a blackdiamond rush card and customer service did it without my permission after they failed to do it once they did it for them.
I was told that they were not giving my money back and that they could not give me the persons information that did it. I have had this card for over a year and now this.
Russell Simmons needs to fire all those stupid people working for him and do the right and only thing and that is give all of my money back.

this has just happened to me as well, they say they are investigating this but i haven't gotten anything from them to dispute this yet, this happened about a week ago, everybody in customer service is foreign and doesn't speak english well and doesn't know how to handle problems and they really don't care they did give me the name. Crystal Cohen or this might be made up and they are pocketing the money from random peoples account. Whatever the case may be I need my damn money.
