Beware of this company. I have sent the same airbag module to this company twice each time it was returned with a hard code still recorded in the module rendering it unusable. Despite repeated promises to refund the monies paid for the service they have not made a refund after two weeks. Despite their claim that module was defective it was sent to another company and reprogrammed and cleared in one day. The phone is answered by a Clark which passes the refund request to his so-called account manager David, which passes it to the refund manager Stephen that has no authority to refund and passes it back to Clark. Beware this is a sham operation! They will not refund your money. They have and F with the BBB.
