I purchased a living social coupon, $19 for $85 worth of salon services, to salon via. My coupon expires january 6th but have been told that there are no more appointments available and they are having to turn away many customers with the same coupon. Not only have they been solidly booked for two weeks I was told the waiting list had twenty names. They offered to put mine on the bottom.... Or, I could purchase salon services at regular price and have the price of my coupon, $19, subtracted. Unfortunately for them I can add and find the offer outrageous. I wanted to spend twenty bucks plus tip to try out a new salon. It's very upsetting that a business would turn so many new potential customers away. I was told the owner made the decision that the expiration date stands and that is final. I hope the other people who purchased coupons do their best to spread the word about the refusal for service. When I have purchased a coupon and a company refuses to honor it that is nothing but a scam.
