It has been exactly 9 months and I have not recieved no response from San Juan express. The owners name is Luis Camacho in which I paid him $2, 200.00 cash to have my furniture delivered to me. When I checked the boxes my suuround system, air conditioner, playstation 3 with over 25 games, my childrens mattresses were not delivered. my 27" and my 32" TV were not delivered, china cabinet destroyed, 3 dining room chairs damaged, computer desk damaged, and my entertainment center was broken and stepped on in which I have pictures containing boot marks, and I am not continuing because I am very discusted with their service. But most of all I had a have a huge frame in which it cost my husband $1,200.00 back in 1990 was broken. I do not recommend this moving company to nobody. They are not responsible, honest, and the lack of professionalism.
