Scana regulated over bills for the same services being provided from any other gas company and they disconnect services for current month charges, they do not reconnect services for 7 days if you are lucky 6 days they charge a 50 dollar reconnect fee each time. The services can be disconnected during the coldest winter months when temperatures are below freezing and the hottest summer months when the temperatures are above 95 degrees. Scana Regulated does not follow the same guidelines as their parent company or any other utility company.
