I wasn't home when they did the carpet cleaning. My roommate was. My carpets were worst than before they came. It took him 10 min to do the entire house. So basically he just wet my carpets. When they sent someone out to re-do the carpet; it was the same guy. So of course he was a real jerk because he had to come back. He started an argument with me in my own home, yelled at me and then tried to charge me cash on the side to fix his shabby work. Little did he know I was on the phone with his office when he was proposing that. Needless to say the guy was kicked out of my house. Sears agreed to refund me my money. But I haven't seen not one penny. It has been six weeks now. Everytime I try to call the office no one will help me. No one returns my call. I have to go to small claims court to get my money back. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, FAR FAR AWAY!!! |

Trudy67399 or is it SAM H????? Ever since Google Started to rank its advertising by reviews we have seen many people try to take advantage of this by making up negative reviews and posting them all over the internet.
To be fair to all consumers I believe these forms are a great way to allow people to share their experiences so that we all learn from our mistakes. However, I feel this type of practice is counter productive .
SEARS has always and will always stand behind all of its goods and services. If you feel you were mistreated rest assured if you provide me with you invoice number and contact information I will resolve any outstanding issues.
For everyone else I have attached the same post that was posted on the Sears site from Sam H, as you can all see it is Spam, not a scam.

Not sure what has happen to Sears Carpet Cleaning but the quality has fallen substantially. Awful cleaning job, rude employees (offered to do cash job on the side) I left my house cause I was scared of the cleaner he was very pushy and told me my carpets were a mess. The carpets took 3 days to dry, I had to call another company to dry my carpet with industrial fans, so loud with a 3 month old. I called head office they didn't say much in regards to the incident, just offered a "service call" with the same guy, I declined and told them I wont use them again. Oh just to add a huge oil stain on my new driveway from his van what a mess. Watch out fellow customers. |
