SEARS - WARRANTY HAVE TO WAIT TWO WEEKS TO GET DRYER REPAIRED, Internet

Purchased a Fisher Payel Dryer back in 2009. I purchased a three year warranty protection plan for $100. The dryer is not working anymore so called up Sears to schedule a repair man to come out here and fix the dryer. One the website it says SAME OR NEXT DAY SERVICE. Anyway after being transferred to several different people and finally 30 minutes later a woman told me that it would take 8 days for a serivce tech to come out. Then if have to get part additional days. So basically I have to wait two weeks to get my dryer fixed. So that means i need to go to laundrymat and spend my time and money since my $100 warranty from Sears suck. I have purchased so many appliances and never again will i shop with Sears. DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM SEARS. I BET THE CEO OF SEARS DOES NOT HAVE TO WAIT TWO WEEKS TO GET HIS DRYER FIXED. I WANT MY $100 WARRANTY BACK. JUST GIVE ME MY 100 AND I WILL GO TO LOWES OR HOME DEPOT TO BUY A DRYER. NO ONE CAN WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR A DRYER TO GET FIXED. BUT BOY!!!!WHEN YOU BUY SOMETHING THEY ARE BEGGING YOU TO BUY THE WARRANTY!!!!! DO NOT BUY WARRANTY FROM SEARS. IT SUCKS BIG TIME AND SO DOES SEARS. WHILE ON PHONE A SUPERVISOR WAS ALL COCKY AND HUNG UP ON M E. HHHHMMM I THOUGHT CUSTOMER WAS ALWAYS RIGHT!! WONT EVEN STAND BEHINE THIR WARRANTY. GO TO SEARS.COM AND YOU WILL SEE SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY SERVICE. THAT IS BS. IT WONT HAPPEN BUT THEY ADVERTISE IT. HEY MAYBE FALSE ADVERTISING. MAYBE SHOULD GET AN ATTORNEY AND FIND PEOPLE WHO READ THIS BUT THEN IT WAS NOT TRE. ANYWAY MR CEO OR MR DIRECTORS. HERE IS MY EMAIL CONTACT ME AND GIVE ME BACK MY $100 AND I TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE
