I entered into a 1 year contract with SEOAcuity. After 2 months and $600 later, there was no verifiable or completed work. Kept on giving excuses of personal issues such as moving and home problems. He came up with some ideas that he could do. Then would start but not complete. When I asked when it would be done he always said in a few days. When I started to get fed up and ask when he would complete, Paul said that those were extras and he was helping so I shouldn't expect anything. Nothing else was done on the contract or the "extra help". I tried to be understanding and things slide when he was having moving and home problems. After a while I got annoyed because nothing was being done and we all got problems that should stay out of our professional lives. He would hardly ever give a date when something would be done and when he did most of the time it was not done. Most of his responses to questions or problems were short quick 1 line emails with no header, footer or body. Very annoying. For the most part all he said he was doing was backlinks. And the other stuff he was working on. So for 2 months, doing backlinks. I went to about 15 different backlink checkers on the internet. Every single checker said my site had 0 backlinks. When I questioned Paul, he said some backlinks don't come up. Which is the very point of backlinks is to come out. I asked Paul to write me a list of everything that he has done and send it to me so I can decide if I should continue to do business with him. He sent a list of backlinks and only that. Very unprofessional. I called Paul to ask one simple question before I backed out of the contract. Have you done one thing that I can verify or have you completed anything that is anywhere near $600 worth?? He would not answer the question. I asked him to give me half the money back $300 to part ways somewhat fairly but he has now ignored all my emails and calls. I should have gone with a larger company and not someone who works out of there house. I filed a complaint with the BBB and saw he has another complaint as well.
