20-LFT-001 (Lifetime Library â€“ CDs) - $211.50 Did not receive them and had to call customer service. I spoke to someone and they resent the order via priority mail with a tracking number On or about 9/8/11 â€“ received the item 9/10/11 â€“ Discovered that Volumes 3, 4 & 5 were duplicate recordings of Volume 4. In other words, they were the same recordings with different labels. Contacted the Author, Shad Helmstetter on Facebook and explained the problem. He responded and promised to look into the issue. He also gave me a phone number to call and a person to ask for. 9/12/11 â€“ Called the number given to me by Shad Helmstetter and left a voicemail. 9/14/11 â€“ Called again and was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was full. 9/15/11 â€“ Called again and was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was full. Contacted Shad Helmstetter again on Facebook and go no reply. Tried sending a fax correspondence to the company and the confirmation report
indicated â€œno answerâ€. 9/16/11 â€“ Called again and left two voicemails which included: Stating the problem with the order. Leaving my contact information including my address and cell number. A request that the correct replacement CDâ€™s be sent to me overnight. 9/24/11 - Up to this point, no one has responded, nor did I receive the correct items.

Yes. I agree I am going through the same thing with them. I just called my bank & reported this a FRAUD.
I cannot believe that a company that represents this man can do business like this.

Now I even wonder about Shad Helmstetters part in this. He does not seem to even care.

They have told me the same exact thing.
