This was something... generally, the hotel itself looked well kept, staff is relatively friendly. but there was this little scam...

when we checked in, we had relatively good experience with hotel, until we did not received our promised $40 voucher for restaurant. The first "bell" rang for me, when i left hotel in the evening through the HardRock cafe entrance, so staff did not had a clue i was staying there. i entered the hotel, came up to the front desk and asked for the voucher. the lady behind the counter did not even asked what room i'm in, or whenever i'm even a guest in the hotel, and simply gave me 2 vouchers $40 "bell" rang whe we came (apparently) 5 min before restaurant close, but they told, that today they will work for 30 min more...the third surprise was the bill. the total bill for 20 min buffet was around $100 (give or take $2) for 2 adults and a kid. well, i got $40 off, which is about $60 in the end. I have never ever had such an expensive buffet! this is total scam. Which i believe in unfair advertisement contrary to the current legislation.
