shoes-style-mall no shipping after I paid by paypal and no respond Internet

I orderd my boots 10/3/2011. It has been more than 1week. I don't receive track number for shipping. They describe;Shipping & Returns Shipping Times: welcome to shoes-style-mall, thanks buy! We will ship All Orders within 48 hours. Usually, It will take 4 to 7 business days to deliver. When your order is shipped, we will email the USPS tracking information to you. You can visit www.USPS.com for real-time shipment updates. Return Policy:
Life is hard. Shoes should be easy. we want you to be happy with your purchases ,If it doesn’t fit, please contact us, we will lead you through the painless return process. I asked them about my order with e-mail many times. They don't respond at all. But they have already received my paymene by paypal. My accout is still processing. I have no iedea to contact them. I think this store is not real or don't exist.I really want them to return my paiment.I paid $33.59.They don't ship yet!! They just collect money by pay pal.

The same exact thing happened to me. I have filed a complaint with Paypal and they said they were looking into it.
