I inquired about a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes from Shoppingoy, Co; Ltd. on February 12, 2011. I was told to send a moneygram and that shipping would be global express and the shoes would arrive in 5-7 days. I sent payment on February 14,2011. It is now April 13, two months later, and I have no shoes and no money. They were very sneaky and sent me a tracking number for EMS. After waiting a period of time and being unable to use the tracking number, I again inquired as to the whereabouts of the shoes. Cindy Li, manager, , told me that the shoes were in fact never sent because their "Customs contact" was too expensive and she told me that the shoes were no longer available. I asked for a refund and she repeatedly tried to tell me to exchange or wait for my pair to "come in". I have been asking for a refund since March 24, 2011. Now Cindy Li will not respond to my emails, nor will she issue me a refund. She also sells shoes on where you can contact her via Windows Messenger. As of April 13, 2011, she will not respond to my instant messages. It appears that ShoppingOy Co; Ltd. also has another website, , that sells high end designer shoes. Unfortunately, it seems she is selling bootleg or counterfeit items and ripping off consumers when she can't get them out of her country. BUYER BEWARE!!!! |

I just read your complaint. I have the same issue with them. I paid $450 but never received my items.
Is there anything I could do you think? They stopped replying to my emails and I don't know what to do.

I would suggest to start your claim now while you can. i don't think you will get anything. Try to open a case on paypal. Unfortunately i waited too long and now paypal can't do nothing about it. Let us know what happens |

I have been scammed twice now for replica bags. I am about to order from shoppingoy and need to know if anyone has experienced quality or non shipment (take the money and run) for these as well. Any feedback would be good as I just lost $354 to zealuxury.com - they state free shipping for orders over 300.00 then when WU funds when thru, they emailed me stating they need more money for shipping. I have contacted WU who call the Chinese authorities and I also contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge thru WU. Hopefully I will get my money back from MasterCard or WU for fraud. |

You pay and never hear from them again, or if you do, they ask for more money after the sale and never send you the merchandise. WU has blocked all payment receipts to CONG HUANG, I have contacted many agencies and friends in China to help me get these people.
