My name is Marcia Tucker, this year for Mothers Day, my husband and children decided to buy me a puppy online , I had had a very bad year, losing a nephew in an auto accident, then our Chocolate Lab "Bear" passed away a while back, and after a long discussion we decided as a family that it was time for a new addition to our family. My husband spent a few days online researching puppies, when he stumbled upon silverstarlabs.com...they had pictures of the most georgeous Silver Lab puppies...he was sold...After he called and spoke with the lady of the house, "kelly" whom seemed very nice, and honest, she told him all about the puppies that would be born on or around June 15th. He was so excited..he sent her a $250.00 deposit to assure he would be lucky enough to get one in time for my birthday..to make a long story short the puppy thiefs will not even answer our calls, and the 2 times i could get them to return my emails, they always had an excuse as to why we could not go get our puppy..she even once said that she would have to get me a puppy from a friend of hers...I work for Alaska Air, so traveling to Texas is not a problem for me. Since i paid through Pay-Pal i will attempt to get my money back, and i will call the Montgomery Texas police dept. to file a report this "breeder" as a fraud..i was able to acquire their address through some diligent online research...Luckily i found a legit breeder in Seattle, and i am due to fly there in the beginning of July to get our new puppy...these people should be ashamed of themselves, as should anyone else that runs a fraudulent web site. I am just Disgusted.

I purchased a Silver Lab puppy, and got her on new years day, 2013.. I couldn't be happier with my pup. We have been waiting for her for six months, and they have returned every phone call and text message I have sent them. The entire transaction couldn't have gone any better. My puppy, Ellie is adorable and so smart!
