We also happened to be victimized by this deceptive company. Yesterday I was gathering information for our bank ,when I discovered that the SS-4 form (application for employer identification number) they submitted to the IRS had incorrect information on it. We called them this morning to get it corected . They told us it was our fault and that now we have to call the IRS to get it corrected. The lady said she was a supervisor and that it was our fault .
I questioned her about the fact that they lead people to believe that they are affiliated with the IRS she said it stated in the very first paragraph on the web site that they are not. SO I went onto the website and NO WHERE in the first paragraph does it say anything about they are not affiliated with the IRS. It wasn't until I scrolled all the way down to the bottom that I finally found where it said that. It is very difficult to read ,because the lettering is small and there is a dark colored background behind the wording. They charged us $187 , for what. They won't admit they made mistakes on our form and they wont correct the mistakes either. THEY ARE A BIG scam COMPANY. DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
