misleading sales for product. Refusal to refund my money for a returned product

SkinDiet.net Lipotech Research (Diet.net) P.O Box 30609 West Palm Beach Fl 33420 Phone 1888-558-4443. This company mails products from this address: The Fulfillment Center 807 Airport Access Rd. Unit D Traverse City, Mi 49686-3594
This offer is for The Green Coffee Complete. This product did nothing for me. It does not Dial Up Energy. It does not make you loose weight. False Advertising.
The Company sent a bottle. I had no idea it was a every month subscription. I cancelled the pkg. It was mailed any way.
Next I mailed the unopened package to the return address and I emailed the company and contacted the company by phone.
I have a returned Signature of the person that excepted the Certified mail package. No Refund. They refuse to refund my money.
They charged my Credit card once again. The Manager states it will be mailed out soon. Simply return the package. Which of course cost me 8.00 the first time.
