Please document ALL interactions with SKS carefully**** otherwise it is just the word of another angry customer/ex-customer versus these vile criminals who have an arsenal of lawyers. (righteously angry customers - I give you that and I am righteously angry as well) I posted to WABC NY today when I found out they did a story on MBF back in 2009. Maybe they will be interested. I submitted the lawsuit notice, the demand for payment, a brief summary of the fraudulent tax IDs they gave me and SKS' latest claim that this is a tax by the IRS. Here is the ABC website - Please post to their investigation team -- it takes seconds!!!!!!!

Very helpful indeed for them to provide even more evidence of tax fraud. Ever know someone the IRS went after???? When the IRS comes after you your life as you have known it is over forever. The US Postal Inspectors also love to go after people. You MUST contact SKS before you fill out the USPS Mail Fraud Form. In fact you have to wait 2 weeks after contacting the company you are reporting for mail fraud and then send the USPS Postal Inspectors the Mail Fraud Form. Please do this as well!!! You can do it anonomously, but enough people have to do it to get the ball rolling. Being angry and saying "Lawsuit, lawsuit, lawsuit" is all well and good. I am in contact with one law firm in NY and another law firm in CA on this matter. BUT YOU MUST build a logical case when filing fraud complaints and moving on to a trial in a court of law so that the charges stick and they cannot slime-ball their way out on technicalities. I know it is uncomfortable, even frightening for some, and we are all are angry as hell. To stop SKS/MBF now and forever we must work together to get the evidence of their tax fraud activities in a form that means something in a court of law! I hope both civil and federal/criminal courts of law end up being the venues. When we really get these vile criminals on their backs I'll fly into whatever city they are held in to testify for the plantiffs! Best Wishes
