Skybeam Slow internet service, long customer service waits, Middlothian, Texas

My internet service with Skybeam has been bad since they took over. The internet service is extremely slow, when it actually works, which is not consistent. There was a month we had no service at all. When I call the customer service number, I was put on hold for 1 hr and 33 minutes only to be hung up on. I called back only to wait 47 more minutes and transferred to someone who spoke to me for 4 minutes and then we got "disconnected". I called back for the 3rd time and spoke with on gentleman, Jeremy, who was very helpful and listened. At the time, my internet service was at 23%. We had someone out within 4 days and they got it back to 98%. Now, 3 weeks later, it is worse than it was @ 23% and it takes just as long to wait in the customer service line again. This has been going on for a year. I called in the beginning of the year, they sent someone out, they tell me it is a tree in the way, I chopped the tree down but nothing helps. This has not been worth the 64.95 I pay for the fastest service they have available throughout this year. I want a refund.
