On July 27th, 2011 I purchased monkey crib bedding for my daughter through Soho bedding. My offer was accepted and payment was made. After a week of waiting, I received an email stating my product was refused by the recipent and I was being charged the shipping which was free as well as a restocking fee. I only got part of my payment back because of this. I then contacted paypal which checked the tracking information for my product. The tracking information informed us that the product was delievered somewhere else which wasn't my address on file. After trying to contact the merchant, they held the other part of my money that soho bedding kept, paypal refunded all of it. Later that day, I came home and ordred it again hoping they would get it right this time. The next day, I got another email saying they refused my payment and could not buy the product. I then went through amazon and tried to purchase the same item from the same company. The next day, i got an email saying they could not ship this item to this address- which is the address that was also given through paypal. I wrote the soho bedding an email. It took 6 days for them to reply with nasty rude emails to me telling me I ordred noah ark bedding (which I had ordered girls moneky bedding) and that it was sent to the correct address. I emailed them back explaining I received nothing from them. They simply wrote back telling me I did and that I sent the noah ark bedding back washed. They have scammed me, took some money from me again, and replied through emails of very rude responses instead of showing good customer service. If you try to call them, they don't answer the phone, but on the answering machine, it tells you they can be reached at their email address. It took them 6 days to reply with a bunch of rudeness! |
