Special T Travel, Inc. ripoff dishonest travel agency Casselberry Florida

I came across the fraudulent pop-up website on 20 Jul 2005 stating that i'd won a Special Vacation programme which offered me 7/6 nights stay in Orlando, 4/3 Daytona stay, 4/3 Bahama Cruise and Stay, 5/4 Mexico, 7 Day Car Rental or 2 Universal tickets, Watermania Passes, 2 Sterling Casino Cruise Passes and Orlando Magic Card. However, i'd only have to pay US898.00 instead of the full price of $2998.00 for this family vacation package. I'd made the call to them and they're so professional in their words and i've been drawn into buy up this package at the point of call. There're several people communicating with me like Mr Tony Sanchez,Mr Charlie King and Mr Dan and i finally resented into giving the my credit card as this is the only way to purchase the package as i'm residing in Singapore. They've assured me that the credit card transaction thru phone is being monitored by their recording system. I've finally received the vacation package one week later by US mail and the package looked real to me. THen, i made the payment through my visa card SOA. I'c he intention to come in July 2006 and when i called them again to check my booking status in May, i realised that the website is no longer functioning and having problem contacting them for the booking which required me to resere at least 60 days prior to the start of my vacation. Then, i realised that this company is a scam and is cheating people's money. I've tried to report the scam to the Bank but nothing they can do once the transaction have been done to the merchant. I hope that i can still recover the loss that i've made or if not, hope that those people who came across this Special T-Travel, Inc would not been drawn into their lies, sweet month and dishonest in their marketing tactic.
