I am a victim of Star Rebate Inc. Sent out $15.95 and followed all the rules but never received any gift cards. I keep getting the same generic emails. I am glad I never gave them my credit card information. I think we should go after the alarm companies that promote this company. I did not check them out because I trusted the Alarm Company.

E-mail consumer rights advocate Amy Clancy @ KIRO TV she is exposing these people [email protected] They have ripped me off too. It's probably mail fraud. Also you can e-mail the Attorney General a complaint using the following link: www.atg.wa.gov/fileacoplaint.aspx

PS: I e-mailed the AG a few months ago and got my first 3 cards. I had to email them again recently.

Hello,
My name is Paul Liu and like other victim of Star Rebates, Inc. I have yet to receive my first rebates. I started sending my receipts to them starting in Oct of 2010 and so far they have just emailed me to be patient due to high volume after I compained through email. It is a generic response and I'm getting very frustrated sending my monthly grocery receipts each month, but no rebates as promised.
I would appreciate it very much if someone would follow up with this Company which is obviously not doing their part as promised.

I have not received my rebates for ten months. I am perhap stupid to keep sending them. By my accounting they owe me $200.00. It is not that they haven't answered my E Mails - but alway high volume of business, please be patient.
Where to I file a complaint? Eileen
