I contact him for a puppy. I live in Quebec so supose to ship me the dog without problems...I sent him 2400$ for the puppy. I never received it.. Always told me bullshit about temperature and flight problems.... Always excuses to not send me my dog. Ask him many time to send me back my money if he's not able to ship in Quebec but same shit as usual. I never got my money back. Police cant do nothing because its on another country. So if i can save people from him, i will do it.

If you paid with a money order, check, wiring funds, etc..., you should have a reciept, if you do, contact the authorities in the persons city, not to file a report, but to first speak with anyone involved with financial crimes or internet crimes (if dog was advertised on the net). Let them know your situation. Anything over $500 is grand theft, the law takes it very seriously. Forget the small claims court, take it to the authorities. If it happens out of of state, meaning you are in one and he's in another, he can be charged with federal grand theft. If you mailed him the payment using the usps, contact the postal inspector as well as they are federal law enforcement who will prosecute to the fullest.

Summary;
-Contact authorities in city of person who ripped you off
-Talk to investigators in charge, not to file complaint, but to press charges
-If out of state, federal bureau of investigations will be involved being it will be a federal charge
-If using the USPS system to sent payment or money order, contact USPS Postal Inspector

Contact all of the above.

I've done this to someone who cheated me for $500! The funny thing is, swat raided their home and took the guy in custody. He paid me back the $500 (court order) plus fees, and he ended up with 15 days in jail, five years probation, and a criminal record! It's alot cheaper to not rip anyone off!
