Don't waste your money! The program they sell does not recover Macintosh files in a format that would help find what you are looking for. Good luck trying to find a certain file. The demo program recovers and lists files as random numbers. In other words, you don't know if your file is there because it has been renamed with it's 'sector' number. You don't know you've been had until AFTER you've purchased the program and see it did NOT recover the file you needed. Their product DID NOT WORK AS THEY STATED and yet another unhappy customer is born.

I also downloaded Stellars software and paid $39.00 US for it. When it did not work, I contacted their tech support team via chat the team member said the software was not able to resolve the type of issue with my digital photos. When I asked for a refund, they directed me to send an email to [email protected]. I did and got a series of replies stating that my "refund cannot be considered"

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM STELLARINFO.COM STELLAR DATA RECOVERY or STELLAR PHOENIX.

After dowloading and trying the demo software (more or less convincing), I ordered on the net their OST to PST conversion software.

Then I discovered it needs Microsoft Outlook to be installed, which was not specified on the URL forwarded by GOOGLE (sponsored and top of the links by the way).

Many mails to the support and orders departments end with the the same conclusion, NO WAY to get REFUND.

DON'T order anything from these ***** (starts with C and end with S).
