Was told I could view contract for used vehicle warrentee service and if I didn't like it could cancel and get my $150 deposit back if within 20 days, I have only had it for under a week and when I called back was given the runaround that person I delt with was not in so I left message for him to call at his convenience the next day, he never called so I called again and was told I had to send in a notarized Federal Odometer Statement. This contract hasn't even kicked in yet and I was told there would be no problem canceling if I didn't like the contract. They tell you one thing over the phone and then bind you in a contract all kinds of requirements not mentioned.

They did me the same ways. They are scam people for money. I called back three times, the same lady ask the phone with an different name each time. People don't deal with this fake company

I'm in the situation. I called back to get my deposit within the first day and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Left numerous messages and nothing. This group and precise enterprises is the biggest scam. The office is only open from 9am-1pm pacific time- it's always either busy or you get the answering machine. And if you're lucky to get someone even a supervisor, they just say "someone will call you back." There's no way cancelling to get my $150 refund.

I'm also in situation I tired several times to call these people and all I get is some lady stating the office hours and connects me to there voicemail and saids that no one is available please leave your name and number but before you can it saids it is full I have tired several numbers and get the same message so I guess i'm out of my refund also
