The company advertises Sobelabs and a product by Strixaderm called Aqua Scoop. If you order the trial products, beware, because they will keep sending the products to you and charging your credit card. I called to cancel under the trial period and they still have kept sending one of the products . Ordered the products at the same time and now they tell me that I have two accounts and had only cancelled one of the accounts. Now, at my cost I have to send the product back and insure it. They are a marketing company and the invoice and receipt that they send with the product has no return information or company information. The packaging on the box also does not have any of their information.
Beware of these trial offers. Do not offer from Strixaderm.com or companies that try to sell you two products named Sobelabs and Aqua Scoop |

| I ordered the trial offer of No Wrinkles Now for 3.95 s & h on August 24, 2011 and never received the product but the debited the s & h. And be warned they will charge you for a complete order of 70.00 after 30 days if you dont cancel. |

| Yes, I went through the same thing. I never received the product and was charged the $3.95 on my credit card. Do not fall for this. I called them and they have no record of me ordering but they still took my s&h from my credit card.I called my credit card company and told them that I had cancelled with them so it is on record. |

| Still trying to get my money back after 32 days when they charged my account $29.95 and $69.95 after canceling my order. Have phoned and emailed 6 times. Where do I go to report this fraudulent, thieviing company?! |

| My husband ordered the rejuvenation and aqau scoop when he canceled, they only canceled the rejuvenex and keep sending me the aqua scoop and charging my credit card $70 per month!! What a scam! |

| This "trial offer " is a scam. they just want to get your credit card information and send you stuff you don't want. Do not fill out the form!!! |

| i have had the same problem thieving scammers i sent my trial back the next day so i have got nothing i found someone to talk to. the return goods go back to gatwick airport the fellow i spoke to sent them an email and they told me they had cancelled my account what account i only had a trial sample.i told them if they send me any parcels i will refuse them from the postman.they took 94.99 from myaccount i wont be doing this again in a hurry .my bank is dealing with this. |

| I too had the same problem. When I received my initial bottle both myself and my mom used it and it didn't work at all. I called the company multiple times, but I could never get through. I then tried sending emails over and over again, but I kept getting them returned, even though I had used the form on their customer service, contact us, web site. That's when I knew there was something very sketchy about the company. After almost a year of trying to contact the company they finally stopped sending me their product. Now I have bottles of the stuff that I've been trying to return, however the phone number has been disconnected and I can't find the official website for the company. If anybody has any information about what to do how to return the products please let me know. Thank you and don't let this happen to you! |
