These people ask for $25,000, can give you no information on who they have actually funded and claim they will raise money for you. They will do nothing and blame you for it. If you give them money you can kiss it good-bye. Another one burned by these scam artists.

Gary, you are WRONG. It is obvious to me you do NOT understand the structure of how this is put together. SCGI has been in business for a long time and participates in the transactions. It is unfortunate that you missed your opportunity due to fear.

The consultant says Gary failed due to fear and claims Gary does NOT understand the "structure". How about all those others who lot their money to Structured Capital Group or to Basem Zakariya and his other companies (Structured Funding Group, Arab International Group, and who knows what else). Indeed, this company has been in business for many years, but it never funded, or helped the funding of any project. Being in business for a long time does not give you credibility unless you have actually done what you claim to do.
