Summit debt leads has struck again. I did business with Summit and it's owner Kjell (Shell) McCord in the past and had a good experience but did not do any business with him for nearly 2 years when I joined my new company I had suggested that they do business with Kjell and his company Summit based on my previous experience. What a mistake that was! Just like the previous complaints listed on this site the leads were terrible it is completely obvious that Kjell intends to push through customers that are already in programs with companies he sold leads to as early as 1 month ago, He is billing calls as "live transfers" that he claims no one is answering the calls on our end which is a complete lie, we have gotten calls from people asking to be put on the DNC, calls where the customer did not speak english well enough to understand what they are agreeing to, and calls that were not interested in speaking to us at all. We received only 3 calls that actually let us speak to them. We have tried for days to resolve this issue for days to resolve this and after numerous attempts we finally asked for our money back and then I got the below response from Kjell McCord:

Here's how it will work according to the agreement:

1.You requested a refund today, so you will stay on the schedule for the next 2 business days

2.Approved Rejections will not be refunded, they will be replaced with new leads once the refund has been processed

3.Since you cancelled before your 100 leads were generated and were given a discount, the price per lead goes to the corresponding price at your volume ($32/lead)

4.3% of the original deposit will be deducted to cover the merchant fees already paid

Honestly, the refund would be minimal, possibly nothing. I would be willing to stop production now and send you $500.

We are too principled to accept an offer like this and we rejected it and this morning by phone Kjell told me that because there are "shady characters" in the debt resolution business he has no fear of retribution. I am a law abiding citizen, I go to church on Sunday's, I help old ladies across the street, and I know none of that is proof that I am a good person but I do not lie or defraud anyone. Shame on you Kjell McCord!
