swapngreen Never followed-up with emails or sent my check as promised in their web site Phoenix, Arizona

I decided to 'recycle' my old cell phone with this company based on their promise to send me emails with my status update every 2 days, and send me my check in a timely manner, which they never did. After contacting them numerous times on the email address provided for questions, I received no replies. I also tried the 'contact us' on their website, as to which they never responded. Once I was sent the package materials to send in my device, I immediately sent in the device. I did my part, they did not do theirs. I feel they ripped me off by how I feel by 'stealing' my device by not complying with their own "Pledge And Guarantee" stated on the print out page to send in with the device. They have defrauded me by making 'false promises' when doing the transaction of sending a device and then receiving payment for it. I was trying to do the right thing by 'recycling' my old device instead of having it end up in a landfill as their site suggests, but They didn't do the right thing by sending payment for the device, let alone even sending the promised emails every 2 days, or answering emails sent to them from every way they gave me to contact them. They Do Not have a phone number listed, even though I could 'call' or email with any questions. Bottom line is They defrauded me and I want my Promised payment check of what the device price they quoted me at.
