On Oct 8, 2010, Katie T shows up at my house all bubbly and putting on a show of how she is trying to earn points to go on a trip. She does a very good job since my granddaughter was there and wanting the magazines. She did not tell me until the end of the show that it would cost me $126.00 for 1 magazine for each of my 2 grandchildren. That is a total of 2 magazines with a choice to have part of the proceeds going to a charity of which she gave me a few choices. Yes, on the receipt it does say on the front to allow 120 days for delivery and on the back it says 150 days. After reading the scam reports, I decided to call the number on the receipt. That is when I discovered it was out of order. I intend now to contact the bank that stamped the back of my check and see if they know if this place is still cashing checks for other people and if they are still in business. Maybe I can still contact them. If not, I will file a police report in that town and give up on my scammed money. I still need to get those magazines for my grandchildren though.
