t-mobile Decaying company trying to suck the life off consumers Atlanta, Georgia

Watch out folks, T-mobile is out to ensnare poor unsuspecting customers by moving account due dates around or promising free picture messaging only to switch it to text and stick you with the bill. They are on the hunt like zombies, looking for customers with expired contracts and trying to snare them back into a contract or making life uncomfortable by messing with their services. I have been under siege for the last three months trying to catch them at their shenanigans. After months of trying to force me back into a contract, they just hiked my bill a hundred percent with some supposed international calls, messaging bills and late fees. This is in spite of the fact that I have blocked messaging, no fees and blocked international calls. I never call Canada, The Virgin Islands or Mexico (The three places not covered by blocking) so I was reduced to spending half an hour arguing with some customer rep who sounded totally bored and unsympathetic. Take my advice folks, start looking for other carriers because T-mobile is not the company it used to be. My new year resolution is to move to another carrier and tell everyone I know to do the same.
