t mobile t-mobile changes agreement-waits 2 months before telling you albuquerque, New Mexico

I agreed to a 2 year contract through the loyalty division of t-mobile for $69.00 a month for two lines with text and internet included. I get charged $20.00 for the first month and now the bill is $101.00 every month. The contract was verbal and recorded. I asked them the terms several times to make sure that the $69.00 with text and internet was correct. They recorded the agreement and now they tell me they only use that for quality assurance. The representative said the best deal was now $79.95 and it would still be $101. a month after fees were added. $200 per line for a total of $400.00 to get out of a fraudulent verbal contract that they supposedly don't keep a recording on. I should have recorded them in return or gotten something in writing. I will be contacting the Attorney General and if they can't help, a lawyer. I would do this on principle alone, forget the money. How many people are being deceived by this company? I will never sign up for anything over the phone again. T-mobile used to be a good company but has now resorted to telling lies to customers to get you to sign up. Make them put the terms in writing. So if they don't keep those recordings of the agreement, then how can they enforce this contract?
