T-Mobile
t-mobile false advertising/truly NOT unlimited internet spokane, Washington
3rd of Jun, 2011 by User520785
T-Mobile charges me for unlimited internet and I some how reached my limit. They advertise truly unlimited internet And it is truly not. I was not explained any caps or limits. I now can not access the web for the rest of my bill cycle. My billing cycle had started may 25 and it ends June 25. I was informed by a text message around the first of June telling me I have used to much internet and will be cut down for the rest of the month witch happens to be just a few days short of a full month. I am being charged 20 dollars a month for a service that I cannot utilize. T-Mobile is stealing for good people and need to be stopped! The advertising needs to be stopped cause they are false advertising!

The T in T-Mobile stands for THIEVES! T-Mobile is scamming people that build up prepay minutes. When you buy a card, you can keep the minutes that you haven’t used if you buy a new card before it expires. For the first few years they send you a nice text message that clearly states that your card is about to expire and you need to renew by a certain date. If you have accumulated “too many” minutes, and I don’t know how many is “too many”, it seems to be different for different people; they change the text message to look like a spam message. It won’t say anything about Tmobile or an expiration date. It just says please call a certain local number. Most people write it off as a spam message, some even delete it. When they call T-mobile or go to their store to complain, they are told that they were sent a message. When they are trying to sell you on a new plan the text message comes across as, “T-MOB Save 15%!!!”. There is no doubt who it is from. A manager told me that if I buy a new card (and lose all my minutes) I’ll get the clear message again until I bank up too many minutes, then it will change again. He said he had seen it many times before. It makes sense. I got the same message year after year then suddenly it changed. It’s all automated, so somebody or some program had to change it from one message to the other. I saw on another message board that I’m not the only one with this problem. I hope some T-Mobile manager got a nice bonus from stealing my money. When you prepay you are paying cash for minutes, so when they steal minutes they literally are stealing your cash. I’m going to see if I can get a class – action lawsuit started against Thief-Mobile!
