Attempted to return an opened unconfigured Nook Color, Only the box was opened; not the plastic encapsulated registration packet. The actual device was still wrapped in plastic and in mint condition. Customer no service return policy? What is your new return policy? Did the Eugene, Oregon. Target on W11th get it right? If so you can kiss my business goodbye.
