I am a target card holder. For years I have been making payments on my account. I made a payment on 7/28/2011 for $1,265.69. As of today 8/9/2011 my payment has not posted to my account. I called Target customer service 8/5/2011 at 3:25 and the agent stated the Target does not have the funds. I stated the funds have been debited from my acount 7/28/2011. The agent stated the Federal ACH has my money sitting there and has not released the funds. Once the funds are released from Federal ACH it will post to my account. The agent stated this process will take and additional 10 - 15 days.

I contacted my bank US Alliance Federal Credit Union and they stated it does not take 10 - 15 days for an ACH payment to post to your account. ACH payments are posted immediately.

I filed a complaint with IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) and the Better Business Bureau regarding your payment scam. This scam has to STOP!
