telebrands ad says $6.99 s&h but add $13.98 processing at end of order with no way to cancel Internet

either you go to a TV advertised phone number or to the internet....they state 10.99 for the product but will double the offer plus S&H then when you go to the website and make the order they add a processing fee of 13.98 but at that point your credit card has already been charged and there is no way to cancel.This requires you to go thru the hassel of contacting your credit card company and trying to resolve the issue with them. I agree that most credit card companies will credit your account but it's a real hassel....the website should be charged by someone for this loophole.....P.S. they are not the only company doing this but someone should speak out and require a lawful change in this practice...
