This company has a reputation for sub-contracting entertainers to provide services for events and not paying them. If he does pay them, he writes them a hot check.


He contracted me to provide balloon-twisting services for an event at Citibank in San Antonio, and he refuses to pay me.


He stole $500 worth of services from me.


Since then, I have learned that he has a long history of doing this to entertainers.

I am in the process of having him arrested for Theft of Services. Meanwhile, I am warning people about him in order to prevent other people from falling victim to him.

We orderd equipment for O'neal the owner of the company. He promised that he was very good to his word. This is far from the truth. To date his has still not delivered all the equipment orderd after receiving full payment many months ago. Now he will not return any calls or emails.
