The Barking dog CD This is like throwing money into a black hole, Internet

In all fairness I need to say that what I describe below took place many months ago. Things may have changed, but I am not willing to order again and try my luck .... The Barking Dog CD is a great idea, but does it really work? It is impossible to tell, as it seems to be impossible to get your order filled. In my case, it took nearly 2 months for the CD to arrive, but it arrived damaged (cracked). I called the customer service number seriously 30 times before I got an answer. I got lucky one day and spoke to some guy who said that my new replacement CD would be on its way immediately. It never showed, of course. Once again I made very many more calls to an answering machine (and I sent a ton of E-Mail) and finally another person answered the phone one day with the same assurance that the replacement CD would be sent right away. It has never showed up. I have been riped-off. The web site is very slick, but I really got the feeling that all this really is, is some guy working off his kitchen table (when he happens to feel like it). Please note (in the photo) the return address is only a PO Box. Also be aware that if your CD is mailed to you, there will be no tracking number given. Let us all be reminded again that if there is no real physical address offered on a web site that sells something, it is a red flag. I just went and looked at the web site a moment ago ... there is no physical address given that I can find as of this posting. It should also be mentioned that there is an MP3 download available on the web site, but I have never tried to use it for fear of loosing more money again. Is this the real black hole? Proceed with caution .... do not fall in.
