The eye exam didn't seem very complete. The doctor was intent on selling me computer glasses. So, I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, one for computer use the other regular bifocals. When I got the glasses, the computer glasses were to
small and felt like they would fall off my face. The guy who was "adjusting" them simply bent the ear piece so they wouldn't fall off! When I tried the bifocals the script was totally wrong. Plus, unknown to me, they used my OLD frames. Never did they tell me they would use these old things. $279 just for lenses!!!! Plus, I asked if I could get the "package price" on both the computer and regular glasses and was told yes!!
Now I can't see 1/2 block before everything blurs. There is no way I can wear these!
Anyway, someone from the office called after I complained and said it was just an adjustment and for me to come in and let them work on them. No way. I spent $498 and have 2 pairs of glasses I can't wear. Get it right the first time. Now it's MY fault? Plus, she told me if I had bought new frames that would have added a crazy amount of money to the purchase. I am returning the glasses for a refund. If they don't give me back my full amount then I will let a judge decide. Bottom line, avoid this place. They are over priced, their service is less than adequate and you will spend to much have nothing in the end. Costco could have done a better job.
