Do NOT go to work for this company. Do not even bother to go for an interview there. They will call you for an interview saying it is for The Oldham Group or Oldham Agencies out of Lees Summit, MO. In reality, they are a front for American Income Life Insurance Companies. Just google in "American Income Life Insurance Company Scam" and you will see all kinds of unhappy "employees." Fortunately, I walked out of their "interview" b/c all kinds of red flags were going up, but I am concerned that so many others stayed -- people desperate for a job. Actually it is not a SCAM we are trying to provide gainful opportunities to individuals who are unemployed.

We run a respectable operation and we care about our employees and our clients.

Maybe if you would have stayed for the entire interview you would have found that out.

Complete nonsense. I judge a company with my own eyes, ears, and heart. Not from what one uninformed idiot writes on a blog. There is no way to verify anything you say. Because they don't hire everyone some people walk away dissapointed and this is how they lash out. I have been employed here for 6 years and have made more money than at anytime in my career. I also help people on a daily basis and feel good about what I do for a living. AIL is the company that the Oldham Group writes insurance for. They are rated A+++ Superior by AM Best, an independent rating agency. You obviously didn't do any homework and then you misinform the public. The Internet, miss informing people since 1995!
