I requested that my mail be forwarded to me from a UPS store in Avon Lake Ohio on 6/28 to my new address. The idiot clerk there put the wrong address on the envelope but she got my visa card correct and charged me for the service immediately.

It was supposed to be delivered on 6/29. After UPS ground service informed me that The UPS Store had put the incorrect address on it, they also informed me that there was nothing I could do about it, unless the sender sends in a request for a correction. Since yesterday 6/29 this UPS store has refused to send in the correction, but the crooks sure took my money!!!

I spoke with the manager at this UPS store, DENISE BUDZINSKI, at least 3 times on 6/29 and twice today 6/30. Each time requesting that she inform UPS ground delivery of the alleged 'mistake' made by her clerk and to have them correct the address immediately. Each time she said she would. Late this afternoon and tonight I called UPS ground customer service and they told me that no correction request (return service label) was made by this UPS store.

I also requested that the owner of this store, SCOTT SWERESS, call me on 4 different occasions. He never returned my calls.

What does an individual citizen due when faced with evil business practice? I'm am exercising my right to use the court system and to hire an attorney. I am going to sue them for gross negligence. I am doing this because contained in this package was banking info and social security numbers, etc. I am going to sue them for any future damages.

Their behavior is so highly suspect regarding this matter, that it is hard to believe that this is just a simple mistake made by a dumb clerk. Whatever the reason I am planning on going after them using every legal means to find an answer.
