There is not much to say except that Mr. Pullen WILL NOT pay his bills. He probably has good intentions but he is far from being in a position to effectively run his nonprofit. The Rankin & Moore Center does not have an effective board, nor does it have committed employees. In fact, many of the employees have been paid with bad checks. Also, the organization is always changing banks, changing physical addresses, changing phone numbers, and opening accounts with vendors for services who never get paid. When money is donated to Mr. Pullen and his organization, the money is almost never used for the purpose for which it was intended. In short, if you choose to do business with this organization or support it in any way, PLEASE BE CAREFULL, and get it in wrighting. My friend will probably never get paid by Mr. Pullen for the work he has done. I am not saying that Mr. Pullen is a bad person or that he is a total fraud, just that he probably is not experienced enough to operate his company and that he just can't do what he says he can.
