This agency after buying: 2 tickets for $ 900 flight to Honduras, with a stopover in Miami for the date of December 23, 2011. I had bad luck and traffic on the road, I was late to the airport in New Jersey, 45 minutes left when exit the planeand would not let me board the plane. The person who looked after me in theairport told me, that I could take another ticket, or release date, because just the agency that sold me what I could do and not do anything there. I lost myflight then, call the agency flythere4less agent tells me I replied that they could not do anything because the ticket is sold on promotion, which they never let me say, I had no idea why, I only american airlines could help. to make a longstory any I wanted to attend, neither the agency nor the company, did nothing tohelp and change the departure date, I lost the ticket, my money $ 900.00 andmy time and until today I have not succeeded I get it back or at least give meanother date of travel I hope others see this and not make my mistake and do not buy ballot at that agency are thieves.
