This company called me and first offered a free internet listing. Then just started to check my business details. They started to drag out the conversation to explain the "service" - " we get you listed on all the big sites - Google etc. Interspersed in the chatter are questions like - are you authorized to make decisions - we will call you three times to see how things are going - we will email you - here is our customer number (said very quickly) and if you don't call us we will bill you.. Did I pay much attention to this call - obviously not enough. First I knew about the service was a $99 on my phone bill. No calls or emails from the company. As soon as I saw the charge I called the phone company who blocked 3rd party charges and put this in dispute. Ezip called me to play back the conversation I had with the rep. (Recording my voice without my consent is illegal in Florida) I have only had a chance to listen to the conversation once and its obvious they are masters of leading you down a the path. I have ATT advertising and any time you consent to something over the phone they make it very clear that you are being recorded and the purpose of the recording is to give my consent. Ezip were totally misleading. If you go to their website - there is no address / state and the website just looks like a "shell" I refused to pay and we will see what they do next.
