Our company is Exodus Wax Enterprises. We bought a 20mt. semi-refined paraffin wax with a Chinese company, Tianjin Sbarter Import & Export Co. Ltd. under sales contract no: 11SBT-07 dated February 15, 2011. But when the cargo reached Manila April o1, 2011 and when we are about to unload it, we noticed and confirmed that the cargo is wrong. Totally different from what was stipulated on our sales contract. We then immediately informed Tianjin Sbarter Import & Export Co. Ltd about this but they never gave us any formal answer. We decided to go in China last april 23, 2011 to talk and deal with them this wrong Cargo,but after 3 times of meeting with the company manager Mr. Yang Hui Shen, there is no specific solution until now. Mr. Yang is just always making promises that he will seek the final solution of the company owner Mr. Gao Yongqin but there is none. Furthermore,Mr. Yang cannot or do not want to give us Mr. yang contact number or address, neither want us to talk with him.

I have similar matter, I deposited for buying nylon chip but no shipment ! Mr.Hui Shen Yang, manager of Tianjin Sbarter Imp&Exp Co., Ltd even could not show me stock in China.
He broke promise & contract.
Tianjin Sbarter is a cheater in China. Be care this scammer !
I am going prepare all Chinese docs to report this Scam to Tianjin Police.
